Industrial & Consumer

From the shelf to the shop floor

Industrial and consumer packaging has to do two jobs at once: survive handling, transport and the production line — and still present the product well enough to sell it on a busy retail shelf.

We bring the whole chain in-house — rigid films and sheets in stock, tooling we cut ourselves, and forming, cutting and sealing on one machine — so your pack is designed, validated and traceable from the first sample to full production. Antistatic and recyclable options are there when the product needs them.

Applications

Products we help package

From retail blisters to component trays — each product has its own protection, presentation and handling needs. We match the format and material to yours.

Retail & display blisters

Clamshells and trap blisters that show the product and resist pilferage on peg and shelf.

Component & handling trays

Thermoformed trays for feeding, kitting, assembly and transport — reusable where it counts.

Electronics & ESD

Antistatic and conductive trays and blisters that protect sensitive components.

Tools, hardware & DIY

Heavy-duty clamshells and trays that survive handling and still present the product.

Cosmetics & personal care

Clear, premium packs and inserts for gift sets, samples and retail display.

Protective inserts & e-commerce

Cushioning trays and inserts that hold the product securely through shipping.

Quality & compliance

Compliant materials, documented processes

Industrial and consumer packaging still has to meet material, safety and environmental rules — and increasingly, design-for-recycling. We build to the standards your product and market require.

REACH

Substance compliance for materials placed on the EU market, with declarations on request.

RoHS

Restricted-substance conformity for packaging destined for electronics and hardware.

ESD · IEC 61340

Antistatic and conductive packaging to protect sensitive electronic components.

PPWR · recyclability

Design for recycling under the EU Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation.

Full traceability →

Every box and bundle is labelled and logged, so any batch can be traced end to end.

Clean processing

Materials are handled and packed under controlled, clean conditions — ready for assembly.

How we help

One partner, from design to validated line

Every stage under one roof means fewer hand-offs, faster iterations and a pack that's right the first time it runs.

FAQ

Industrial & consumer questions, answered

What packaging do you make for industrial and consumer products?+
Thermoformed retail blisters and clamshells, component and handling trays, ESD trays and protective inserts — in PETG, APET/rPET, PP, HIPS and PC. We tool and produce in-house in Denmark.
Can you produce antistatic or ESD packaging for electronics?+
Yes. We work with antistatic and conductive grades that meet ESD requirements (IEC 61340) to protect sensitive components in trays and blisters — see the materials hub.
Which material should I choose for my product?+
It depends on clarity, toughness, cost and recyclability. PETG and APET give clarity for display packs, PP suits living-hinge clamshells and mono-material designs, HIPS is economical for trays and inserts, and PC handles high-impact protective packs. We'll recommend one for your case.
Do you offer recyclable or mono-material packaging?+
Yes. We work with rPET, mono-material PP and fibre-based structures, and help you design for recyclability under the EU Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).
Can I get samples before committing to tooling?+
Yes. We prototype with 3D-printed tooling so you can test fit, presentation and line behaviour before investing in production aluminium tools. Packaging design covers this stage.
