Where freshness meets the shelf

Food packaging has to do several jobs at once: protect the product through transport and storage, hold the right atmosphere for shelf life, satisfy food-contact law — and still look good enough to sell on a crowded shelf.

We bring the whole chain in-house — food-grade materials in stock, tooling we cut ourselves, and forming, sealing and cutting on one machine — so your pack is designed, validated and traceable from the first sample to full production. And when recyclability matters, we help you move to rPET and mono-material structures without giving up barrier or presentation.

Compliance & food safety

Safe by design, documented by default

Food packaging is regulated for a reason. Our materials and processes are built to meet the standards that keep your product — and your audit — clean.

EU 10/2011

Plastics in contact with food — our food-grade films comply, with migration data on request.

EC 1935/2004

The framework regulation for all food-contact materials — the baseline everything is held to.

FDA 21 CFR

US food-contact status for materials destined for the American market.

Migration testing

Overall and specific migration limits verified for the food type and contact conditions.

Full traceability →

Every box and bundle is labelled and logged, so any batch can be traced end to end.

Clean processing

Materials are handled and packed under controlled, clean conditions — ready for food production.

How we help

One partner, from design to validated line

Every stage under one roof means fewer hand-offs, faster iterations and a pack that's right the first time it runs.

FAQ

Food packaging questions, answered

Are your food packaging materials food-contact compliant?+
Yes. Our food-grade films and trays meet EU 10/2011 and Regulation (EC) 1935/2004 for plastics in contact with food, and FDA 21 CFR food-contact requirements. Migration data is available on request for your food type and contact conditions.
Which material should I choose for my product?+
It depends on shelf life, presentation and whether the pack is heated. PETG and APET give clarity and toughness, rPET adds recycled content, CPET handles oven and freezer, and PP suits microwave and mono-material designs. We'll recommend one for your case — see the materials hub.
Can you produce MAP, vacuum or skin packaging?+
Yes. Our tooling and the Nova 360 machine support natural-atmosphere, modified-atmosphere (MAP), vacuum and skin packaging, so we can match the pack format to your product's shelf-life needs.
Do you offer recyclable or mono-material packaging?+
Yes. We work with rPET, mono-material PP and fibre-based structures, and help you design for recyclability without losing barrier or presentation — a growing requirement across food retail.
Can I get samples before committing to tooling?+
Yes. We prototype with 3D-printed tooling so you can test fit, presentation and line behaviour before investing in production aluminium tools. Packaging design covers this stage.
