Packaging that protects the molecule and the patient

Pharmaceutical packaging has to protect the drug from moisture, oxygen and light for its full shelf life, deliver the right dose reliably, keep children safe while staying easy for seniors — and prove every step for the regulator.

We bring the whole chain in-house — barrier forming films and lidding foils in stock, tooling we cut ourselves, and forming, sealing and cutting on one machine — so your blister is designed, validated and traceable from the first sample to production, and ready for serialization.

FAQ

Pharmaceutical packaging questions, answered

Can you make child-resistant blister packs?+
Yes. We design child-resistant blisters tested to ISO 8317 and senior-friendly to US 16 CFR 1700, in both push-through and peel-push formats, so the pack protects children while staying easy for older patients to open.
Which barrier do I need for my drug?+
It depends on the product's moisture and oxygen sensitivity. PVC is the baseline, PVDC-coated PVC and Aclar/PCTFE raise the moisture barrier, and alu-alu cold form gives the maximum barrier for the most sensitive drugs — see the materials hub.
Are your materials Ph. Eur. and USP compliant?+
Yes. We use pharma-grade forming films and lidding foils that meet European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur.) and US Pharmacopeia (USP) requirements, with documentation available on request.
Are your packs ready for serialization and tamper evidence?+
Yes. Our blisters and cartons are designed for 2D-code serialization to support EU FMD and US DSCSA, and can carry tamper-evident features.
Can I get samples before committing to tooling?+
Yes. We prototype with 3D-printed tooling so you can test fit, cavity layout and line behaviour before investing in production aluminium tools. Packaging design covers this stage.
