Refund Policy

InnovaPax operates as a B2B resource and information platform for industrial packaging machinery and solutions. As we do not process direct online purchases or consumer transactions through this website, the following terms apply to any commercial engagements facilitated through InnovaPax.

Inquiries and Quotations

Submitting a contact form or inquiry through this website does not constitute a purchase or binding order. All formal quotations are issued separately and are subject to individual terms agreed in writing between InnovaPax / Maker Factory and the customer.

Commercial Orders

For any products, equipment, or services ordered through InnovaPax, return and refund conditions are governed by the specific commercial agreement (purchase order, contract, or formal quotation) entered into between the parties. These terms are agreed upon individually for each transaction and will be communicated in writing prior to order confirmation.

In the absence of a specific agreement, the following general terms apply:

  • Custom-configured or made-to-order equipment is non-refundable once production has commenced.
  • Standard equipment may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in original condition, and returned at the buyer's expense. Prior written approval from InnovaPax is required before any return is initiated.
  • Defective or non-conforming equipment must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery. InnovaPax will assess the claim and arrange repair, replacement, or credit at its discretion.

Governing Law

Any disputes relating to returns or refunds are subject to Danish law and the jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
